Terms and conditions for changes and cancellation

Cancellations, as well as deviations of up to 15%, can be made up to 6 weeks before arrival (Deposit not refundable) and Danhostel Vejle calculates cancellation fee (compensation) equal to 40% of confirmed price.

If the cancellation is made less than 4 weeks before the scheduled start date, Danhostel Vejle will charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the confirmed price.

If the cancellation is made less than 2 weeks before the scheduled start date, Danhostel Vejle will charge a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the confirmed price.

If the cancellation is made less than 1 week before the scheduled start date, Danhostel Vejle will charge a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the confirmed price.

However, cancellation of up to 5% of the number of participants stated in the order confirmation can be done free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the event – in the case of events on weekends or holidays, however, only until 10.00am the immediately preceding weekday. Subsequently, unsubscribed or absent participants are billed at full price.

Cancellation, which must always be made in writing, means cancellation, reduction, shortening, repositioning and similar changes in relation to order confirmation.

Cancellation for Familys

Overnight stays can be cancelled 3 days before arrival at 12.00 o´clock with a full refund, minus dkkr.

175.00 in administration fee per room. If a room is cancelled less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is given.

Cancellation must always be in writing with an indication of booking number.
